About me
Amr Mostafa is a dedicated conservator at the Grand Egyptian Museum, where he has been an integral part of the Monuments Transportation Unit since 2018. His expertise in the careful handling and preservation of ancient artifacts has made him a valuable member of the museum’s team.
Amr earned his master’s degree from the African Institution at Cairo University, where he focused on innovative conservation techniques. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the same institution, furthering his research in the field of conservation. His academic and professional journey reflects a strong commitment to preserving Egypt’s cultural heritage for future generations.
He participated in the process of packing and transporting King Tutankhamun’s cabins and He participated in the restoration of many artifacts from 2013 to 2018.
