Donglin Chen is a graduate student at the University of Pennsylvania, pursuing a Master of Science in Historic Preservation. Donglin holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Art History from Trinity College, where they cultivated a deep interest in the intersection of art, science, and preservation. Donglin has gained practical experience through various internships and research assistantships, including projects at the Wadsworth Atheneum Museum and the Center for Architectural Conservation, where they utilized advanced techniques like FTIR and Raman spectroscopy to contribute to art and architectural conservation.
