About me
Juilee Decker, PhD. is the Director of the Museum Studies undergraduate program in the Department of History at the College of Liberal Arts at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Her work spans museum studies, public history, and technology, including co-leading a National Endowment for the Humanities with Dr. David Messinger (Imaging Science, RIT) that produced a low-cost spectral imaging system to recover obscured and illegible text from historical documents.
