Tay Jam Meng is a Conservator at the National Archives of Singapore (an institution of the National Library Board), overseeing Interventive and Preventive Conservation work for paper-based archival and library records. Jam Meng has over two decades of conservation experience in the public and private sectors in Singapore and with various stints at Centre for Photographic Conservation (London), The British Library and the Canadian Conservation Institute. He has contributed to various publications on the conservation of photographic materials and paper-based collections. Jam Meng holds a Master of Arts in Preventive Conservation (distinction) from Northumbria university.
