About me
Andy Wolf is Assistant Conservator at the National September 11 Memorial & Museum. He holds an MA in Art History and an MS in Conservation from the Conservation Center of the Institute of Fine Arts at New York University. During his graduate education, he completed conservation internships at the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Museum of Design, the Cincinnati Art Museum, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. After graduating, he was the David Booth Fellow in Objects Conservation at the Museum of Modern Art in New York from 2020 to 2022. His current interests at the 9/11 Memorial Museum involve the challenges of conserving rapid response collections composed of modern materials and the ethics of their display.
